Timimishop.com will accept return and proceed a refund only if you have received a faulty item or have received the wrong product. Please send us an email along with the photo of the product you wish to return and your order number.

Timimishop.com reserves the right to decide if the said damage or defect is a manufacturing defect or not, based on the following criteria:
(a) For Handmade products, no 2 (two) pieces will be identical.
(b) Small imperfections / differences in shape, size and colour can happen and are part of the charm of handmade products.
(c) There might be some variation in fabrics and colors compared to pictures on our website, as these may vary from batch to batch depending on availability of raw materials and accessories.
Return of the products is applicable only in Mauritius Island and is not applicable for international shipments.
The returning product must be unused, in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging along with original tags.
We will examine the faulty product and be in touch with information of what refund you are entitled to via email, within a reasonable period of time.
Returns are not applicable to promotional items.
Returning products must be brought to Foo Fat Neptune Ltd, 18 Lord Kitchner Street, Port Louis with the sales invoice or receipt, and your national ID card.
