Mauritius (Island) Delivery

• Timimishop.com will send a confirmation email when the order has been made.


• You will receive notifications about your order status via email or phone.


• For payments made by Bank Transfer or MCB Juice, the Delivery Time starts after we receive bank confirmation of your payment.


• The Express Delivery driver/party will call you to arrange delivery time and you will be required to sign a delivery note for the items delivered.


• Standard Delivery by MU POST follows the domestic delivery procedures of MU POST. You may either receive the delivery at your doorstep or be notified to collect it from your nearest post office.


• Our Standard Delivery (by MU POST) is Free when you spend Rs1,000 or more.
• Our Express Delivery is Free when you spend Rs2,500 or more.
• Our Standard Delivery (by MU POST) is NOT available for oversized items. Eg. Christmas Tree, Calendars,...

International Shipping

• For international orders, please email us with your request. Shipping cost is calculated based on shipping destination and volumetric weight of the package.


• International orders are generally subject to local import duties and taxes (VAT). Taxes (VAT) / Custom Duties / Import Duties are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to our courier partner or as advised by our courier partner. Your local charges will be chargeable over & above the product/order price you pay from our online shop.
